Jacaranda on 9th

Jacaranda on 9th, a collaboration with the developer Community HousingWorks, is SDA’s first built 100% affordable project. It completed construction at the end of 2025 in the Cortez Hill neighborhood of downtown San Diego. The project provides 87 dwelling units reserved for families, seniors, & veterans, including 14 for formerly homeless individuals. Residents will have access to several site amenities, including a community room, computer learning centers and an outdoor community space.
