The Point

The Point @ Ingraham brings pedestrian friendly, mixed-use urban design to this beach community. A key feature is ground floor retail and a pedestrian plaza at the corner which has become a community asset. Other features include ample bike storage, secure parking and a residential lobby that provides a sense of arrival for tenants. Blocks of color enliven the elevations and materials, such as corrugated metal siding and cedar lap siding, demark commercial and residential uses.
