Cortez Hill

Cortez Hill Apartments, a collaboration with the developer Community HousingWorks, will be SDA’s first built 100% affordable project. It is currently under construction in the Cortez Hill neighborhood of downtown San Diego. The project will provide 87 dwelling units reserved for families, seniors, & veterans, including 14 for formerly homeless individuals. Residents will have access to several site amenities, including a community room, computer learning centers and an outdoor community space.
