Goodwin on Glacier is a seven-story affordable senior community featuring 130 senior housing units, thoughtfully designed to promote wellness, independence, and connection. Drawing inspiration from Southern California’s Art Deco heritage, the architecture is defined by expressive curves, sculptural circular openings, and strong vertical elements that create a distinctive and timeless presence. This design language continues throughout the interiors, where softly curved ceilings, geometric patterns, and warm material palettes create welcoming community spaces that feel both inviting and comfortable. Shared amenities, including gathering areas and a second-floor courtyard with a shaded pergola, encourage social engagement and foster a sense of belonging. Sustainable features such as solar PV and EV charging stations further reflect SDA’s commitment to creating resilient, design-forward communities that enrich the lives of residents and the neighborhoods they call home.
